November 24, 2013 Newsletter
"For those "smart people" who have retained their analogue meters despite BC Hydro's harassment and intimidation tactics, you are now faced with an extortion attempt, which is to pay $35 starting December 1st for the right to maintain your home free from a microwave radiation surveillance transmitter device which also has the potential to overheat and melt, risking fire to occur at the meter point, or somewhere else along the house wiring. Oh, and don't forget the security risk to your home and occupants, and onwards to the whole grid.
"BC Hydro is sending out their extortion attempt under the disguise of a "choices" letter, which offers no choice at all for the thinking, democratically minded individual. However, if you complete this form, it will mean that you have entered into a new contract with BC Hydro. Therefore, we are suggesting that you may wish to maintain your true right of choice, and return these forms to BC Hydro with VOID written front and back. If you enter into an agreement with BC Hydro, even though it is unsuitable to you, it may disqualify you from benefitting from any new agreement we can obtain with BC Hydro by way of the civil lawsuit. . . .
"You Will NOT Be Forced" Statement from Gordon Hogg, Liberal MLA
Here is a message received on January 28, 2013, from Gordon Hogg's office, Liberal MLA and Caucus Chair.
"I hope this will help to clarify the confusion regarding the refusal of a smart meter.
Last Wednesday, Minister Coleman advised Gordon that individual home owners, who had NOT YET had a smart meter installed on their home, would not have to have one. BC Hydro may be contacting those "holdouts" one last time, and if you say "no" and do not consent -that is the end of it. You will not be "forced" into having one or be in fear of it being installed when you are not home.
We are still seeking clarification with respect to strata units and multi family buildings as these present a bigger challenge as some may or may not have been installed in the building or complex. . . .
BC NO PLACE FOR STRONG ARM TACTICS (Press release)
BC NO PLACE FOR STRONG ARM TACTICS
Who would have thought this could happen in British Columbia?
A rude awakening meets BC Hydro customers refusing microwave smart meters, as strong arm tactics include customer harassment, bullying and threats of power disconnection, despite continued public messages that BC Hydro will not force anyone to take a microwave meter.
The tyranny of the BC Liberals in partnership with BC Hydro is most cruelly experienced by people suffering from medical conditions requiring a microwave-free home environment. Medical letters of diagnosis and healthcare advice form the basis of the BC Human Rights Class Action against BC Hydro to be heard in November 2013. The BC Liberals have transgressed beyond recovery, coming between doctors and their patients, forcing their unwanted microwave policies upon hundreds of our most vulnerable and defenceless citizens.
Why are our provincial leaders silent on these abuses of the rights of citizens to live peacefully in their own home, with or without doctor's advice? This descent into dictatorship and tyranny should be a huge concern to every single citizen of Canada, no matter if they like microwave meters or not.
Since this economic policy is extremely unpopular among numerous sectors of the population, it has to be implemented by force. There is no humane way to rule people against their will.
The Clean Energy Act is unconstitutional, therefore it is only through tyranny and force that the BC Liberals are able to implement such a risky and unpopular program. Their determination to advance this highly suspect economic policy is causing a departure from the very foundations of liberty, freedom and rights enshrined in our Canadian Constitution. Here now is the fruit of unchecked capitalism in a monopoly: BC Hydro no longer has to work to keep us as customers; it can be as anti-social, undemocratic and boorish as it wants. This is tryanny at work, not democracy.
Economic policies and government agendas must be in line with our democratic and human rights and values. If they are not, it is the regime that must change, not our Canadian Constitution and Human Rights.

GOOD NEWS! 54 Municipalities Vote for Opt Out Choice
BIG WIN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY IN MAINE COURT
Smart Grid Routers (aka Collectors) are now showing up around our streets.
Fiona Taylor of BC Hydro made a public statement during the Vancouver Council Meeting on May 1st, 2012, that BC Hydro is staying away from putting them near homes or businesses.....time to check around your house. These routers are measuring strong and persistent pulsed microwave radiofrequency radiation emissions that pollute hundreds of feet in circumference. Even worse than a Smart Meter.
Press Release: BC Parents Demand Choice & Precaution
